They didn?t speak very good English & the restaurant in the hotel takes too long to cater to guest bringing order out slowly

The hotel proximity to the Mall was a great advantage. But noisy at night. The rooms where nice but the carpet under the coffee table was dirty. The hotel building are confusing.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to write about this one. The hotel staff is not trained in customer service, they had a very bad attitude toward my family. I was very disappointed with there customer service.

Location and communication before arrival was great

bathrooms were very dirty, room was not cleaned. For a big hotel, we expect more.

The hotel staff was very rude, they need extereme training on customer service. I never felt more unwelcome in a hotel in my life. I would have given 0 stars if possible. And the street and traffic is horrible.

Clean and quiet. Close to good shopping place restaurants coffee also has good staff. And good security.

The rooms that opened on street are noisy. The best solution is make windows double glass.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. We had booked a three-bedroom apartment. We arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm and we were dragged from one building to another while they are looking for our booking. At last, after they settled that it is at building number one, and after they unloaded the luggage they realized they had double booked our room to others. We had to wait until they found another room available which was located in another building and we waited until they had it cleaned and ready for us. It wasn’t until 9:30pm until we were able to get to our room. It was an absolute scam and when I asked that we be refunded part of the price since we did not receive the room on time, they did not approve it. They only paid for our dinner.I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Worst experience EVER.

We had met one of the best Hotel's Agent or front disk ever, her name is Sally. She was outstanding in everything we were curious' about. I wish her management to give her higher position as she deserves.

The hotel needs an urgent renovation.

I liked the stay, the location and the staff was so helpful and polite. i enjoyed the stay.

some minor work in bathroom was needed, but i was on short busy visit and had no time to address the issue, Also the water for showering was not hot enough.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to many restaurants and cafés, and the staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

However, there were several issues during my stay. The room service was poor, and the bathrooms had a constant odor with water remaining on the floors. I also noticed the presence of cockroaches, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the kitchen lacked basic essentials such as dishes and other necessary utensils.
